Aria's Review:
While I didn’t agree much with the casting of Adam in the movie, I think overall the movie followed the plot/storyline fairly accurately, although that’s not saying much (not mentioning any names, INSURGENT!!!). The acting was fairly believable and I was able to feel what Mia, the main character felt. And that’s always a great feeling! :)
Lauren's Review:
I thought that this was a good movie, despite my first doubts about the entires casting (except Mia). They followed the storyline well and I thought that the emotions of such a beautiful story transferred to the movie in a prettty good way. Chloe Grace Moretz did an amazing job portraying Mia and she brought the story to life. It was obviously not as good as the book because movies can't convey emotions, but it was an all right movie.
Katy's Review:
I thought both the book and the movie were amazing! For once, the plot of the movie wasn’t totally different from the plot of the book! I thought the casting for Mia’s family was great. You could really connect with her parents, and especially her brother. Pretty much the whole movie was sad, but overall it was really good.
Rya's Review:
This movie was a lot worse then I was expecting to be and I was really dissapointed because the story line was all wrong and Adam's not supposed to look like that. The ending was also really unsatisfying. This was a book that I couldn't put down and the movie was just really bad compared to my expectations.
